What do we propose?


A system of cards paid for by immigrants to regularize their status.

No need for government funding.

Based on length of residence and work in the U.S.

📌 Card Types:

Yellow Card ($2,000) → For immigrants with less than 5 years in the U.S.

Blue Card ($2,000) → For immigrants with 5+ years. After 10 years, they can apply for a Green Card.

White Card ($2,000) → For temporary workers of 6 months.

Junior Card ($2,000) → For the children of applicants.

📌 Additional Costs:

Additional payment of $5,000 (reimbursed in taxes at $1,000 per year).

Financing available with 4.2% interest.

📌 Requirements:

✔ No criminal record.
✔ Be in the U.S.
✔ Be working.

🔹 How does it work?

The immigrant chooses the appropriate card.

Makes the payment (cash or financed).

Undergoes a background check.

Receives their card and legal immigration status.

After the required time, they can advance to the next level until they obtain citizenship.
